with the purchase of an adoptable made by me, you agree to the following terms:

  • you're allowed to do pretty much whatever you want with the adoptable after a full purchase, i only ask for credit of the original design and to please not make any alterations to the original art it came with (the one i made)

  • you're allowed to resell/trade/gift the adoptable, no need for extra art to do so. trading and gifting are at your own discretion. base price is the one you purchased it for.

  • payments must be made upfront and preferably as soon as i contact you.

  • i won't accept long holds without a deposit.

  • i won't accept payment plans without a deposit.

  • deposits are not refundable.

  • payments done in a payment plan are not refundable if, for any reason, you're unable to meet the deadline/ghost me/back out from the purchase.

  • please don't ghost me once you've agreed to the purchase.

failure to comply with these terms may result, depending on the situation, in the following:

  • ghosting/backing out after an offer to purchase will result in a first strike.

  • failing to meet established deadlines with holds and payment plans will result in one strike, and the payment plan/hold will be cancelled immediately.

  • those with one strike will not be able to request holds or payment plans, but will still be able to purchase adoptables from me.

  • offers and purchases that may appear fraudulent will result in two strikes.

  • accumulating two strikes will result in a permanent block from my platforms, and you will be banned from acquiring my services.

time frames for holds

  • 5 days for a 120+ offer

  • 1 week and a half for ab

time frames for payment plans

  • 28 days for a 120+ offer

  • 1 month and 15 days ab

payment methods

  • main: paypal moneys

  • secondary: amazon/ebay giftcards, crypto, ko-fi

  • art and characters only when i'm specifically asking for these

exceptions

  • backing out from a bid won't grant you a strike, just tell me and i'll delete your bid for you.

  • certain situations that won't allow me to receive the payment may extend dealines for holds and payment plans.

  • honestly? just talk to me, we can work things out if you need a little extra time with holds and plan deadlines. i am pretty flexible with these things.
